Membership is voluntary and owners are not forced to join.

Entrance fee:  (Once off payment for all new members joining)

Yearly Subs:  1 Jan to 31 Dec or a portion thereof (for new members joining)

Paid up members are entitled to make use of the swimming pool, toilets, braai's, lapa next to the river and the river bank for fishing and picnic purposes.
